The
Business Process Optimisation Specialist
will be responsible for mapping, documenting, and enhancing organizational workflows to drive efficiency and standardization across departments. This role involves creating detailed process flow diagrams, developing and maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with department heads to identify improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with technical proficiency in process mapping tools to ensure that all business operations are clearly defined, optimized, and aligned with company standards.

Process Mapping. Develop detailed process flow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Zapier Canvas or similar software.

Documentation. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process manuals.

Database Management. Compile, update, and maintain various databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Analysis. Collaborate with department heads to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Standardization. Ensure all process documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices.

Training Support. Assist in the development of training materials based on documented processes.

Continuous Improvement. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
Requirements

Qualification. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
