Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Town Planner / Expert Draftsman to support our planning and development team with detailed technical drafting and urban planning documentation. The selected candidate will handle time-intensive drafting tasks, helping accelerate project delivery while enabling senior staff to focus on strategic planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed town planning drawings, layouts, and development plans
• Draft zoning plans, road networks, infrastructure layouts, and land-use maps
• Convert conceptual sketches into professional CAD drawings
• Assist in preparation of approval and submission documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and planning consultants
• Ensure drawings comply with local planning regulations and development standards
• Revise and update plans based on project requirements and management feedback

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Town Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD and planning drafting software
• Experience with housing schemes, master planning, or urban development projects preferred
• Good understanding of municipal and planning regulations
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GIS and 3D visualization tools
• Experience in large-scale residential or commercial developments
• Team collaboration and communication skills
