Salary: Rs.40,000 – Rs.60,000

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content optimized for YouTube, while ensuring consistency with our brand voice and visual identity. The ideal candidate stays up to date with YouTube trends, understands audience engagement, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality, engaging videos for our YouTube channel.
• Optimize video content for YouTube SEO to maximize reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent style, tone, and branding across all video assets.
• Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to execute YouTube strategies effectively.
• Stay updated with YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in YouTube video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of YouTube SEO, including keywords, titles, tags, and descriptions.
• Ability to design eye-catching thumbnails and create engaging video intros and outros.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual design skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube Analytics to evaluate performance and improve content.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
• Understanding of YouTube content strategy and trend forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
