Junior Waitress

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Waitress (Spanish Speaker) to join our vibrant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Provide menu recommendations and detailed knowledge of dishes and beverages.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
• Support senior waitstaff and assist in daily service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (restaurant experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish speaker (required); English proficiency is a must.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Dubai before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

• DIFC: 1 year (Required)
