Junior Customer Service & Sales Representatives (Camera & Production Equipment)

About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Masaken Sheraton. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a fantastic shopping experience both in-store and over the phone. Your deep product knowledge will be essential in guiding customers through their purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to, and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Act as a consultant to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate camera and production equipment.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on industry trends, product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, warranties, and services promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed store sales goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role.
- A strong passion for and working knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, and other production equipment is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including POS software and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible schedule is required, with the ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
