Job Description:

S.H Solution is hiring Chat Support Executives for our USA-based Spectrum campaign.
If you can type in English and communicate confidently, we’ll train you to handle international clients through live chat.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via Live Chat.

Provide information about Spectrum Internet, TV & Phone services.

Convert leads into sales (training will be provided).

Maintain professionalism and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Matric (Intermediate is a plus).

Good English reading & typing skills.

Must be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented.

Previous experience in chat support or sales is a plus.

Shift Details:
For Females : 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (EVENING Shift)
FOR Male : 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
30 Minutes Break Included

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 PKR
Per Sale Commission: Attractive earning potential
