KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing the sales relationships with the assigned Key Account group within the framework of annual agreements. Core duties include achieving the targeted sales volume in line with trade agreements and ensuring that the operational processes and sales KPIs of Easy Mix products are effectively maintained. Collecting payments and tracking due dates are also among the key responsibilities. The Key Account Executive reports to the Key Account Manager and is responsible for the complete and accurate communication of all information arising from both the negotiation process and field operations.

Responsibilities)

Manage all sales processes with customers

Tracking of all order and production processes

Establish new strategic partnerships in the Horeca channel

Prepare and track necessary reports to achieve sales targets.

Handle customer orders, organize and track them effectively.

Develop solutions in response to customer needs.

Monitor product stock levels and ensure that after-sales services are carried out regularly.

Collect sales data and provide regular reports to relevant departments.

Manage customer relationships and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Work closely with all departments to contribute to the executions of sales strategies.

Resolve issues encountered during the sales process and implement corrective actions.
EXECUTION
-
Ensure the full and complete implementation of all annual agreement terms and actions taken in the accounts they are responsible for, and achieve maximum Sales KPIs. Maintain close communication in the field and take necessary actions based on meetings with customers. Conduct weekly field visits. Monitor executions, resolve existing issues through meetings with relevant parties, and track performance. Optimize sales; provide reports requested by the company, monitor all activities, and report them sustainably.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sector (Key Account Management)

Proven skills in sales: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills

Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends and strategic thinking to lead the sales strategy

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to use Microsoft Office programs

Knowledge of analysing reports required

Ability to work in a “self-guided” manner
