Key Account Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the Food Service sector in KSA. The primary focus is to build strong relationships with key clients, drive sales growth, and identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Food Service segment. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. A key part of this role is to bring in new leads and develop them into key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the Food Service sector.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align strategies.

Sales and Business Development

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by optimizing sales within existing accounts through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new leads within the Food Service sector in KSA, converting them into key accounts.
  • Implement sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.

Market Analysis and Planning

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop annual sales plans and budgets for assigned accounts, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Unit Manager.


Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotions.

Reports

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and market trends to the Unit Manager.


EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the Food Service sector.
