  • Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Advanced MS Office Skills,
  • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills,
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues,
  • 2-4 years experience of National Key Accounts Management experience in FMCG companies, especially in beauty or personal care,


  • Responsible for achievement of the company’s sales and profit goals by implementing and developing strategic business plans,
  • Achieve the customer plan and sales target of the assigned customers,
  • Prepare and implement account plans in the area of promotion, pricing and distribution based on the latest category and marketing insights,
  • Prepare reports that keep management and team members informed of customer news, sales objectives, accomplishments and competitive information,
  • Build and maintain sustainable and collaborative customer relationships.
