The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing business relationships with key Food Service accounts, including restaurant chains, hotels, catering companies, and institutional clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing joint business plans, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction through tailored commercial solutions and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned key Food Service accounts, ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with chain customers and institutional clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Execute joint business plans, pricing agreements, and promotional activities in coordination with management.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential chain clients.
  • Coordinate with the Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, service quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance, order frequency, and sales trends to ensure adherence to agreed terms.
  • Conduct business reviews with key customers, sharing insights on product performance and new opportunities.
  • Gather and report market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Support new product introductions and menu applications to strengthen category penetration.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, account information, and customer databases.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in Food Service or FMCG key account management, preferably within the HORECA sector.
