- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Promote and sell value-added services to customers

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

- Reporting and documentation

- Meet monthly and quarterly business objectives

- Ensure agreed KPI’s on all levels
