Key Account Executive

Our Client:

World's Leading HR Product company is Expanding its team in Lahore

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Executive to join our sales Department. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software sales and thrives in a target-oriented environment. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful sale of our HRMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using best-in-class tools.
  • Own the entire sales processfrom prospecting to completion of sale
  • Conduct live, web-based software demonstrations using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, as well as on-site demonstrations when required.
  • Track phone calls, emails, and client engagement using CRM and maintain your sales pipeline through the customer lifecycle, from prospect to customer
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly & quarterly individual goals and targets.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: Lahore

Experience: 3+ years

Days: Monday to Friday
