Key Account Executive

We are hiring a Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic customers across HoReCa.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities within assigned key accounts
  • Manage and grow the existing HoReCa customer portfolio
  • Develop and negotiate business plans and CDAs
  • Drive volume growth, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts
  • Manage account performance, including sales reporting, ROI, and P&L analysis
  • Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 2+ years FMCG sales experience in the UAE in an Account Executive / Key Account role
    • Strong exposure to the HoReCa / hospitality sector (Hotels, Airlines, Catering, Golf Clubs preferred)
    • An existing network within the hospitality or food service industry is highly desirable
    • Strong commercial acumen with experience in account management, negotiations, and business planning
    • Good understanding of ROI, P&L, and sales performance analysis
    • Valid UAE driving license required
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
