We are hiring a
Key Account Executive
to manage and grow strategic customers across HoReCa.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities within assigned key accounts

Manage and grow the existing HoReCa customer portfolio

Develop and negotiate business plans and CDAs
-
Drive volume growth, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts

Manage account performance, including sales reporting, ROI, and P&L analysis
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum 2+ years FMCG sales experience in the UAE in an Account Executive / Key Account role
-
Strong exposure to the HoReCa / hospitality sector (Hotels, Airlines, Catering, Golf Clubs preferred)
-
An existing network within the hospitality or food service industry is highly desirable

Strong commercial acumen with experience in account management, negotiations, and business planning

Good understanding of ROI, P&L, and sales performance analysis

Valid UAE driving license required

Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
