Role Overview:
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless rental experiences, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the achievement of revenue and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues quickly.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, and evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned key accounts.
- Assist with contract renewals, and ensuring all terms are met.
- Visiting priority customers on regular basis.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth rental process and high satisfaction levels.
- Track and report on client feedback and suggest improvements to service offerings.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and account details.
- Maintaining records of contacts with clients and feedback from meetings or calls.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure availability of vehicles and meet clients' specific needs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales—preferably within the car rental, automotive, or mobility services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding account management and sales objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM tools for managing client information and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly as part of account management duties.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
