Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and performance-driven Key Account Manager who can manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution across multiple brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and knows how to turn client briefs into standout results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client goals, business needs, and brand identity
• Lead day-to-day communication and coordination between clients and internal teams (creative, social, strategy, etc.)
• Prepare and present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
• Identify opportunities for upselling and growing client accounts
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to bring campaigns to life
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management or client servicing (preferably at a marketing or advertising agency)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, content, paid, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Client-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience working with creative teams and managing campaign lifecycles
