Key Account Manager

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced “ Key Account Managers ” to join our Sales team in HQ (Kavacık/Istanbul), who will play a critical role in managing and growing our key account portfolios, with a particular focus on e-commerce and corporate clients .


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 6+ years of proven sales and account management experience (logistics, courier, or e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and network within the e-commerce ecosystem (marketplaces, online retailers, digital platforms)
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Customer-oriented mindset and business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and build strong partnerships with key accounts
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans and strategies targeting designated key account segment; identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage and develop sales processes related to the sales targets for assigned portfolio to increase revenue and market share; explore cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, customer experience, finance, etc.) to improve internal processes to enhance quality of services delivered to key accounts and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for acquiring new key accounts, manage proposal processes, and finalize deals; ensure smooth execution of contracts, pricing, collections, and post-sales processes
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to management
  • Conduct customer-based revenue and profitability analysis and provide regular reporting on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts
