Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market demand and supply dynamics to maintain optimal selling prices, ensuring competitiveness and profitability across key accounts.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor pricing strategies and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments that enhance the company’s positioning.
  • Establish clear sales volume and revenue targets using historical performance data and market insights, aligning these goals with key account strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales staff and account managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, guiding them to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, traders, and internal teams by offering insights on new products, services, and sales strategies tailored to key account needs.
  • Promote awareness and adherence to food safety compliance across all teams, especially when servicing clients in the food sector.
  • Liaise with outsourced partners to ensure consistent implementation and monitoring of healthy food standards across all key accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales strategy, market analysis, or key account management, preferably within the chemical or food-related industries.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales strategy, market intelligence, or food safety (preferred).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
