The Role

As a Key Account Manager at Qlub, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients. You ll serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their success on the platform, driving adoption of Qlub s products, and uncovering opportunities for long-term growth. This role is critical to Qlub s continued success as we scale globally.

What you ll be doing

  • Strategic Client Management: Own relationships with Qlub s high-value and strategic accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, engagement, and long-term partnership.

  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities within key accounts to maximize client value and revenue impact.

  • Consultative Partnership: Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities to deliver tailored solutions and position Qlub as a strategic partner.

  • Feature Adoption: Proactively introduce new features and product updates, driving adoption and gathering insights to share with the product team.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and strong relationships with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders within client organizations.

  • Account Planning: Develop account strategies and success plans, including KPIs, growth opportunities, and risk management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure clients receive seamless service and support.

  • Market Insights: Leverage industry and competitor knowledge to provide clients with valuable recommendations and maintain Qlub s competitive edge.

What we re looking for

  • 4 6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles, with at least 2+ years managing key or strategic accounts.

  • Proven track record of growing and retaining high-value accounts, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or technology.

  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify upsell opportunities and negotiate effectively.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using CRM tools and reporting to drive account strategies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence and consult at all levels.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
