Role Overview:
We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager with a strong background in banking, insurance or financial services to manage, nurture, and grow relationships with our high-value clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key and high-value clients.
• Identify client needs and offer suitable insurance and investment products.
• Achieve targets through effective client engagement.
• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations and administrative activities.
• Prepare client proposals, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Track performance, generate reports, and share insights with management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders in banking, financial services, and real estate sectors to expand business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts or high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
