About the Company : Worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction, Saint-Gobain designs, manufactures and distributes materials and services for the construction and industrial markets.


About the Role : We are seeking a Key Account Manager who has the will and ambition to work in Solutions Department of Saint-Gobain Turkey in Ankara.



Responsibilities :


  • Managing the biggest accounts of the construction sector in Turkey; creating a strong network with these customers and closely monitoring their work to ensure that their purchases are Saint-Gobain Solutions.
  • Establishing close relationships with both technical and procurement teams, explaining the SG Solution approach and products to these teams, being aware of the opportunities that may arise early and realizing their sales.
  • Learning about the tenders received by these companies in a timely manner and coordinating the project with the relevant Key Project Manager to ensure that Saint-Gobain Solutions are sold.
  • Working closely with the Spec Team at these customers, organizing technical visits to their 'in house design offices', introducing the products, preparing prescriptions and specifying the products.
  • Following the projects of these customers abroad and investigating their export potential and making sales to their projects abroad.


Qualifications :


  • B.Sc. degree preferably in Civil Engineering or other engineering departments.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales and key account management experience is required.


Required Skills :


  • Have strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of presentation techniques.
  • Being strongly analytic and result-oriented.
  • Technical knowledge of construction materials.
  • Good command of verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • No restrictions to travel (domestic).
