We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer for our global client in the sector of Construction and Mining Machinery. This role is responsible for developing business with current and potential customers in the Ankara region, managing the full sales cycle, and maximizing profitability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing of technical goods, preferably related to mining and construction machinery
  • Experience in working with dealers
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2, verbally and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Valid Class B driver’s license


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory with main focus on customer satisfaction as well as maintaining target sales revenue
  • Manage the entire sales process from product selection to delivery, invoicing, and collection
  • Monitor and support partner (dealer) sales activities, inventory and suggest alternatives when needed
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to sustain market dominance.
  • Support other sales units and organize technical product training for customers and operators
  • Actively contribute to after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction
