We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major clients, particularly within the fit-out, contracting, and interior design sectors. The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing long-term partnerships, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction through tailored product and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients including fit-out contractors, interior design firms, developers, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities within the project and design ecosystem.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and pipeline development.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure project specifications and product suitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure smooth execution of orders from quotation to delivery and post-sales support.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.
- Maintain detailed client records and project data in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably within fit-out, building materials, or interior design industries.
- Strong network of contacts in the contracting and design community in the UAE.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale B2B accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification-based selling.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
