Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management: Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with major clients, gaining deep insight into their business requirements and strategic direction. Through regular visits and communication, proactively identify evolving client needs and deliver expert recommendations.
2. Customised Solution Development: Design tailored product and service packages based on clients' MRO procurement requirements to ensure achievement of operational and procurement objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end services encompassing needs analysis, product recommendations, and after-sales support.
3. Sales and Performance Delivery: Formulate and execute key account sales strategies and business growth plans to meet sales targets. Identify new opportunities through market analysis and client insights to expand the company's MRO ,EPCmarket share.
4. Team Development and Talent Cultivation: Train and mentor key account team members to enhance business capabilities and service expertise. Establish efficient customer service processes and optimise team collaboration mechanisms to guarantee service quality.
5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting customer strategies promptly to strengthen corporate competitiveness. Participate in formulating and refining key account policies, delivering actionable strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or related fields;
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, key account management or industrial goods sales; MRO, EPC,industry background preferred;
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently addressing client needs and adapting to market shifts;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; fluent English; Arabic language proficiency advantageous;
5. Demonstrated team management and cross-departmental collaboration experience; results-driven with strong resilience under pressure.
