Hiring: Key Account Manager (E-commerce & Retail)
Responsibilities
Drive online sales strategy across key platforms.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors and marketplace partners to ensure strong execution of commercial and promotional plans.
Own product assortment, pricing, promotions, and content standards to maximize visibility and sales performance.
Track sell-out, inventory, and campaign results; identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize online and offline strategies.
Partner with marketing teams on digital activations, influencer campaigns, and promotional calendars.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce / online sales, ideally within consumer electronics or FMCG.
Proven success managing marketplaces and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (marketplace tools, Excel).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in Turkish and English.
Self-driven, hands-on, and results-oriented.
