In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially Account management,
-
Merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth.

Also, revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
Responsibilities will include
Functional Expertise
-
Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to focus on Onboard multiple accounts from different categories: Retail, pharma, healthcare, fashion and jewelry, automobile, hotels, food and beverages (regional chains, standalone, corporate cafeterias, college canteens, QSR chains), spas and salons.

Responsible to acquire key merchants (Large standalone account, multiple store/MID account, city/regional chains) for payment solutions.

Responsible for retention and cross sales of other products.
Interaction

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to account deployment.

Liaise with cross functional teams to address requirements, resolve issues etc.

Collaborate with product team to provide insights and feedback.

Develop strategies for product enhancements and innovation.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.

Graduate / MBA with good academic record.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a added bonus.
