Key Account Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be confident in professional email writing, and have relevant experience in account management or sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Prepare and send professional emails, reports, and updates to clients
  • Understand client needs and coordinate internally to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially email writing)
  • Good negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
