Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our strategic pharmaceutical accounts across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven experience handling top-tier accounts, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with the customers in the UAE market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, and business reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure seamless account management.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE pharmaceutical regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience handling the top 10 key accounts in the UAE is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value accounts efficiently.
