Key Account Manager

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key partner accounts. You’ll own relationships, improve partner performance using data, handle escalations, and work cross-functionally to drive revenue and retention.

Requirements

  • Own day-to-day and strategic management of assigned partner accounts
  • Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Run weekly performance reviews and drive improvement actions
  • Track sales performance and identify growth/upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Sales, Tech) to resolve issues
  • Manage escalations, refunds, and partner operational challenges
  • Use performance data to recommend improvements (menus, availability, execution)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement better workflows

Specifications

  • 2+ years in account management/customer success / partnerships
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong Excel/Sheets + comfort with dashboards and KPIs
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Commercial mindset with negotiation and problem-solving ability
  • Food delivery / hospitality / marketplaces experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
