Key Responsibilities
1. Modern Trade Contract Management (Core Responsibility)

Lead end-to-end contract management with major Modern Trade retailers such as
Panda, Al Othaim, Tamimi, Carrefour, and Lulu
.

Negotiate annual contracts, trading terms, JT plans, BDAs, rebates, and promotional agreements.

Ensure contracts comply with internal commercial policies and maximize business return on investment (ROI).

Monitor retailer compliance with agreed-upon terms, including pricing, visibility, promotions, and payments.

Build strong win–win partnerships ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
2. Key Account Development

Strengthen and grow relationships with strategic accounts to enhance distribution, visibility, and share of shelf.

Develop tailored business plans for each key customer aligned with company objectives.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
-
Create and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable initiatives with retailers.
4. Business Analysis & Insights
-
Analyze account performance, category trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
-
Provide data-driven insights and recommend commercial actions.
5. BDAs Management (Mandatory Experience)
-
Build, negotiate, and manage comprehensive
Business Development Agreements (BDAs)
with key retailers.

Ensure proper investment allocation, tracking, and evaluation of BDA performance.
6. Proposals, Reporting & Forecasting
-
Prepare commercial proposals, JBP presentations, and detailed business performance reports.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure healthy business planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum
4 years of experience
as a
Key Account Manager in the FMCG sector
.

Mandatory:
Proven expertise in managing
Modern Trade contracts
and
BDAs
.
-
Fluent in English
(spoken and written).
-
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-
Excellent analytical, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI is a plus.
