Our company is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call customers and assist them with their queries

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Ask customers for their feedback about services

• Inform customers about promotions and special discounts

• Try to generate sales opportunities

• Build a long-term relationship with customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Friendly and professional attitude

• Ability to handle customers politely

• Freshers can also apply – Training will be provided

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
