Job Summary:
To meet sales benchmark and to improve Market share of allocated Products in assigned institutions by maintaining good rapport with targeted customers.
Major Responsibilities:

Achieve Annual / Quarterly benchmarks for assigned products in allocated accounts

Monthly forecasting of SKUs for assigned accounts and timely submission to Head of Sales for further action.

Monitor inventory on assigned IRS and coordinate with RDSM for replenishment and TMS.

Ensure availability of all quoted company’s product in assigned accounts and other Institutions i.e., Public and Private both.

Inclusion of NPIs in the assigned accounts and coordinate with Sales team for Rx and liquidation
-
Visit all TCL to generate sales, tender shaping, monitor demand & handle complaints and queries efficiently and effectively
-
Coordinate with RX team and timely share account wise opportunities & threats to the business

Utilize SPM & Cycle meeting as a tool to enhance product & disease knowledge business planning

Identify new potential Institutions and develop business along with Implementation of product promotional strategies

To adhere & implement SFA practices and achieve KPIs

Ensure Compliance and adherence to Company Policies and Code of Business Conducts.

Coordinate with Sr. Manager Coordination-Institutional Business and his team for Tender documents preparation and submission.

Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all concerned functions.

Build trust, value others, foster innovation/creativity and demonstrate high integrity
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted doctors, KOLs, hospital administration, pharmacists.

Increase market share of assigned products by using IQVIA Sales Analyser / PLD

Communicate AER (Adverse Event Report) to Pharmacovigilance & Medical Department within stipulated period.

Display good manners/etiquettes & professionalism during the job.

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

Graduate or equivalent
-
Preferably medical/science background
-
5 or More years of related experience
-
Experience of Selling Biosimilars (oncology) will be an added advantage
