Key Account Manager – Industrial Automation, IoT & AI Solutions

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Key Account Manager to lead the sales and business development of advanced Industrial AI, IoT, Automation, and Digital Transformation solutions across key sectors in Saudi Arabia.

This role focuses on driving strategic growth by managing key client relationships and delivering integrated solutions including Instrumentation, SCADA, DCS, BMS, IoT, Robotics, and Smart Industrial Systems .

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive end-to-end sales of Industrial AI, IoT, Automation, SCADA, DCS, BMS, and Robotics solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, Water & Utilities, and Industrial sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing value-driven solutions
  • Manage long-term contracts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Technical & Solution Selling

  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Present and position integrated solutions including:
  • IoT, Industrial AI & Digital Transformation
  • SCADA & DCS Systems
  • Instrumentation & Automation
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Robotics & Smart Manufacturing Solutions

Market & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Support go-to-market strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives
  • Identify opportunities in digitalization, smart industry, and Industry 4.0

Commercial & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation) or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in selling:
  • Industrial Automation & Control Systems
  • SCADA / DCS Solutions
  • Instrumentation
  • IoT / AI / Digital Transformation / Robotics solutions
  • Strong experience in the Saudi Arabia market with an established client network
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
