Key Account Manager (Consumer Electronics) – Major Retail Channels (Extra & Lulu)

Base: Riyadh, Imam Saud Ibn Abdulaziz Street, Al-Masif Area
Work Setup: Hybrid working model

Job Description

  • Sales & Channel Strategy
  • Develop sales and marketing plans for key retail channels (Extra & Lulu) based on company targets.
  • Work closely with distributors to achieve sales goals and ensure effective brand penetration in major retail chains.
  • Channel Development & Product Management
  • Collaborate with distributors to plan new product listings and phase out end-of-life (EOL) items in key channels.
  • Coordinate with retail partners to ensure the brand’s product lineup and visibility align with company strategy.
  • Marketing Execution & Store Management
  • Conduct store visits and monitor in-store displays to maximize brand visibility and improve product presentation.
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness in key outlets.
  • Market Analysis & Business Insights
  • Apply the 4P framework (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and manage PSI (Product, Sales, Inventory) reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Track market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies to develop competitive action plans that increase market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry or key accounts management—experience with Extra and Lulu channels is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an open and positive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of consumer behavior, sales strategy, and marketing execution.
  • Willing to travel for business within Saudi Arabia.
