Why This Role Matters
As a Key Account Manager Consumer-Original Equipment EMEA , you'll play a key role in supporting the strategic relationship with major Original Equipment Manufacturers on behalf of Goodyear within EMEA region. You'll be working with highly experienced Leaders and will be in close contact with international colleagues.

What You'll Do
- Contribute to the development of key accounts' plans and value propositions, supporting efforts to win targeted platforms and grow share of business,
- Assist in managing existing and future business, prepare inputs for price negotiations and help identify tactical growth opportunities and cost saving ideas,
- Help develop and maintain strategic accounts' plans and relationship maps, ensuring that Goodyear is connected within the customer organisation, managing daily operational interactions and escalating key negotiation points to senior colleagues.
This role supports a cross functional team serving our customers - including Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and R&D - and plays an important role in representing the customers across Goodyear to help deliver high quality service.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Managing Customer Relationship
- Serve as the Sales operational contact for the customer externally & internally, supporting the OE Lead and liaising with relevant company support functions (Technology, QA, Supply Chain…) to help align Goodyear functions and provide excellent customer service to the OEM.
- Support customer strategic planning activities, assist in the development and implementation of the Key Account Plan for the OEM customer, and help track delivery against the plan.
- Provide inputs and supporting data to business planning and strategy processes including AOP, RvCC, Roadmap, and deliver related background information.
Delivering the Numbers
- Support execution of operational plans/strategies and assist in activities aimed at achieving objectives: AOP, volume, GP, and relevant KPIs.
- Support the delivery of required nominations through follow-up and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with pricing execution at SKU level by preparing data and analysis for senior review.
- Support Risk & Ops management by monitoring risks, raising issues, and following escalation routes.
- Contribute to the demand planning process by providing inputs, maintaining data, and coordinating with planning teams.
Contributing to PCP Input
- Assist the introduction of new products in coordination with involved Goodyear functions, following established processes including the PCP and Stage Gate process, and prepare supporting documentation
Providing Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Gather first-hand information from multiple customer touchpoints (R&D, purchasing, technical) to improve customer insights and share findings to help tailor the customer strategy.
What You'll Bring
- You have 2–5 years of (commercial) experience in automotive industry sales or purchasing .
- You have experience supporting key account relationships in a sales support /junior account or comparable role.
- You have good negotiation fundamentals and experience supporting complex negotiations.
- You have experience of working in a highly matrixed environment, with good influencing skills.
- Language skills: Fluent Turkish and English, knowing any other European language is an asset
