About the Company

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing energy solutions company specializing in renewable energy solutions and energy storage systems (ESS). The company empowers commercial and industrial customers by improving energy reliability, reducing operational risks, and supporting energy transition goals through advanced battery storage technologies. The Energy Solutions Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding business across strategic B2B accounts, managing the full commercial sales cycle, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth: Lead the management of key corporate, industrial, EPC, and strategic accounts to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth. Develop tailored strategies for expanding revenue, customer retention, and share-of-wallet across key accounts.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Take charge of driving sales of energy storage systems (ESS), batteries, inverters, and integrated renewable energy solutions. Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial offers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project timelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture multi-level relationships with clients, providing them with tailored energy solutions that address their specific energy needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the energy storage and renewable energy sectors. Provide structured feedback and strategic insights to support product development and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on Key Account Management or Solution Sales in the energy or related sectors (e.g., renewable energy, energy storage, industrial power, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with energy storage systems (ESS), renewable energy solutions, and technologies like batteries, inverters, power electronics, or C&I energy systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in renewable energy, ESS, solar energy, or industrial power sectors.
  • Expertise in consultative sales and handling complex, high-value deals.
  • Exposure to C&I energy systems (Commercial & Industrial).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
