Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 3–4 Years (B2B Key Accounts / Solution Sales)

About the Client

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing energy solutions company specializing in Energy Storage Systems (ESS). The company enables commercial and industrial customers to improve energy reliability, reduce operational risk, and support energy transition goals through advanced battery and storage technologies. The Key Account Manager will play a central role in driving growth across strategic B2B accounts, leading the full commercial sales cycle, and building long-term customer partnerships for ESS products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Revenue

  • Manage and expand key corporate, industrial, EPC, and strategic accounts in the Lahore region
  • Develop account strategies and growth plans to increase revenue and customer share-of-wallet
  • Meet quarterly and annual ESS sales targets

Commercial Sales & Negotiation

  • Drive sales of ESS products such as batteries, inverters, and integrated storage solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, technical presentations, and commercial offers
  • Lead negotiations with procurement and senior decision-makers to secure commercial agreements

Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and finance teams for seamless order fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM maintenance
  • Support tender processes and documentation when required

Customer Engagement & Market Insight

  • Understand customer energy challenges and recommend tailored ESS solutions
  • Build strong multi-level relationships to drive repeat business and deeper penetration
  • Provide structured market feedback on competitor activity, technology trends, and customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field
  • 3–4 years of B2B Key Account or Solution Sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer sales cycles

Preferred Experience

  • Renewable energy, ESS, Solar, Industrial power, EPC, or related technical sales
  • Familiarity with batteries, inverters, power electronics, or C&I energy systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
