Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving B2B and project-based sales of PPRC, UPVC, Electrical Conduit Pipes & Fittings, and Water Storage Tanks. The role focuses on developing corporate and project clients, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while achieving revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies for piping systems and water tank products
- Identify and acquire new business from contractors, developers, EPC companies, consultants, distributors, and government projects
- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate and project clients
- Promote products including:
- PPRC pipes & fittings
- UPVC pipes & fittings
- Electrical conduit pipes & accessories
- Water storage tanks (overhead, underground, loft, industrial tanks)
- Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, tenders, and technical-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with consultants and project engineers to get products approved in project specifications
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements
- Track project pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance reports
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, certifications, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate or project sales within pipes, fittings, water tanks, or building materials industry
- Strong technical knowledge of PPRC, UPVC, electrical conduit systems, and water tank applications
- Experience handling construction projects, BOQs, and tendering processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience dealing with plumbing, electrical, MEP, infrastructure, and water management projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and government bodies
- Leadership skills to manage sales executives or channel partners
