Key Account Manager - Export

At Caparol, we are committed to excellence and innovation in the paints and coatings industry. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager - Export to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth across the Middle East (KSA, Qatar, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, etc.), developing long-term partnerships, and representing a premium international brand in the paints and building materials sector.


If you are an Arabic-speaking sales professional with a strong background in paints, construction chemicals, or building materials, this role is for you!


Job responsibilities:


  • Drive sales development in assigned export markets within the Middle East.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Foster strong partnerships with clients, distributors, and contractors.
  • Prospect, pitch, and convert new accounts into long-term customers for Caparol.
  • Coordinate internally with Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales reports and insights through CRM and market analysis.
  • Travel extensively across the assigned markets to support customers, monitor projects, and identify opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within paints, construction chemicals, or building materials.
  • Based in the UAE, with regional experience across Middle Eastern markets.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
