Global Strategy

  • Support execution of global supply strategy across organisation
  • Successfully propagate and promote excellence in strategic management of global chains across the organization.


Commercial Leadership

  • New Business Development: Prospecting and onboarding of new global and regional chains in the MENA region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at global hotel chains, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning with hotel chain goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between hotel chains, internal stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with hotel chains, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure rates and availability are available at optimal levels and TBO operates at a competitive level.
  • Identify commercial opportunities on a micro and/or macro level leading to improvements in yield and sales.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.


Stakeholder Management

  • Effective communication and interaction with key stakeholders globally, including but not limited to supply teams/leaders, commercial leaders, operational leaders, finance, revenue and support function
  • Acts as key knowledge centre for supply function in enterprise discussions, particularly relating to global chain account management.


Do you have what it takes (Must Haves)

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B Travel Tech, Bedbanks, hotel industry sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including global hotel chains and their business models.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities and developing plans to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
