Summary:

As a Key Account Director , you will be responsible for leading and managing Tier 1 strategic accounts to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, deliver value, and expand the scope of services through upsell opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client partnerships, driving growth, and making a meaningful impact.

Experience required:

• 8–10 years of B2B client servicing or commercial experience.
• Based in the GCC or proven experience working with GCC clients.
• Previous Media Intelligence or PR agency experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Government sectors is a plus.
• Candidates with secondee experience (working directly within client organizations on behalf of their employer) are preferred.
