Key Account Manager (Modern Trade / HORECA)

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is actively seeking to hire a dynamic Key Account Manager with experience in Modern Trade, HoReCa channels or Hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fast-growing organization and drive success in an exciting market.


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and developing business, while identifying new growth opportunities to ensure the continued success of the company. Your ability to strategically grow key accounts and foster long-term relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets for the assigned division.
  • Effectively communicate monthly sell-out targets to stores and merchandisers.
  • Develop and implement effective tools and strategies to meet monthly objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sell-out reports by store and category.
  • Lead key discussions regarding head office agreements, new product listings, and price list updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, with a focus on one or more of the following channels: Duty-Free, Travel Retail, HoReCa, or Modern Trade customers.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
