Key Account Manager Sales

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

1. Sales Generation:

· Create strategies to meet given sales targets and expand the customer base.

· Drive sales through direct interactions with end users and system integrators.

· Identify and create new sales opportunities mainly through new physical visits, cold calls and direct mail campaigns.

· You are required to prepare proposals by conducting initial studies and estimates through established questionnaires and data collection, necessary for submitting a techno-commercial offer.

2. ROI Analysis:

· Prepare detailed Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for every project using company provided formats. Ensure ROI documents are treated as confidential and are not shared outside authorized channels.

· Secure Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from customers before sharing sensitive product and solution information.

3. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities:

· Oversee pre-sales and post-sales activities, including presentations, submission of techno- commercial proposals, negotiations and closure of orders through effective communication and follow-up.

· Collaborate with support team members to ensure seamless project implementation by our technical team.

· Take on additional responsibilities aligned with your role and organizational needs.

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

· Report directly to the Sales Head or designated management.

· Update the CRM on a daily basis

· Present detailed reports during weekly meetings, including prospects generated, activities performed, orders closed, invoicing, follow-ups, and sales projections.

· Use prescribed formats for presentations in meetings held in weekly meetings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales with clear passion for sales profession only need apply

· Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Experience in Software / IT Solutions is a MUST. HW sales experience alone is not enough.
