Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow existing key accounts

2. Develop and execute account strategies

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

4. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them

5. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements

7. Analyze client needs and provide solutions

8. Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in key account management

3. Proven track record of success in managing large accounts

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
