Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the smart metering and utilities sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored smart metering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective account strategies.
• Ensure successful project execution and timely delivery in coordination with internal teams.
• Provide regular account performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in key account management, preferably within smart metering, energy, or utilities sectors.
• Strong knowledge of smart metering technologies and electrical systems.
• Proven track record in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
