As Key Account Manager – Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring value creation, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
- Manage strategic customer accounts across multiple regions and industries.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored masterbatch solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Technical Service) to deliver customer projects on time and in full.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Polymers, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales/account management experience, preferably in Masterbatch, Plastics, or Chemicals.
- Proven success in managing strategic/key accounts and delivering growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work across multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
