As Key Account Manager – Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring value creation, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.


  • Manage strategic customer accounts across multiple regions and industries.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored masterbatch solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Technical Service) to deliver customer projects on time and in full.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Polymers, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales/account management experience, preferably in Masterbatch, Plastics, or Chemicals.
  • Proven success in managing strategic/key accounts and delivering growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work across multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
