For our Istanbul office, we are looking for a highly motivated
Key Account Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum
7 years of experience
in key account/channel sales management, preferably within the
FMCG and cosmetics sector
,

Strong knowledge of
cosmetics chains
(Gratis,Watsons , Rossmann, Eve, etc.) and
discount retailers
(BIM, A101, Şok, etc.),

Established portfolio and in-depth understanding of market dynamics,
-
Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, budgeting, and target achievement,
-
Experienced in
team leadership
and stakeholder relationship management,

Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills,
-
Proficient in MS Office applications,
-
Self-confident, solution-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative,

Able to travel and actively drive.
Job Description

Manage and grow sales within national key accounts, including
cosmetic retail chains and discount stores
,

Strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new business partners,

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and profitability,
-
Lead budget planning, sales targets, and profitability tracking for assigned accounts,
-
Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and trade marketing activities with key retailers,
-
Direct and support field sales teams, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with company goals,
-
Follow market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
