At Melez Tea , we’re looking for curious, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about design and innovation, eager to learn, and think creatively. We are looking for a Key Account Sales Manager who will play a vital role in strengthening our relationships with top-tier clients locally and internationally and driving growth through strategic partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients , including luxury hotels and premium retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing, ensuring strong brand representation and consistent service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and brand team to tailor tea and wellness programs that align with each partner’s concept and positioning.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for production, logistics, and after-sales service .
  • Prepare and present proposals aligned with Melez’s tone and visual identity.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support business growth.
  • Represent Melez at industry fairs, tastings, and hospitality events , maintaining the brand’s elegant and professional image.
  • Develop and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that align with Melez’s vision and help expand brand awareness across hospitality, retail, and lifestyle sectors.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English.
  • Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and achieve sales targets.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about brand storytelling, service, and detail .
  • Understanding of HORECA and hotel operations (a plus).
