Key Account Specialist

Role Purpose
Promote and sell Operating Lease solutions to corporate and individual clients to achieve sales targets, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management

Identify and develop new customers through multiple sourcing channels.

Plan and execute sales calls, client visits, and presentations.
-
Promote operating lease programs and advise customers on suitable units and quantities.
-
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals within approved margins.

Manage key accounts, resolve customer issues, and pursue contract renewals.

Analyze lost business and recommend improvement actions.
Credit, Contracting & Coordination
-
Support credit evaluation with Finance by collecting and verifying customer documents.
-
Initiate credit requests and obtain Credit and Legal approvals.
-
Calculate lease charges based on contract terms and utilization.
-
Coordinate with Fleet and Operations for unit availability and timely delivery.
-
Prepare lease contracts and follow up on payment delays when required.
Reporting & Market Analysis
-
Submit daily sales plans and periodic performance reports.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records and workflows in internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with
5 years of experience

or Diploma in Business Management / Sales with relevant experience.
