Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Content Strategist/Key accounts manager to lead the creation, management, and execution of engaging content strategies for our social media company specializing in restaurant marketing. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with data-driven decision making to enhance our clients’ brands and drive customer engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to restaurant clients’ business goals, target audiences, and market trends.
- Plan and manage editorial calendars for multiple social media channels to ensure a consistent, timely presence.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Oversee the ideation, creation, and curation of content formats (posts, stories, blog articles, videos, infographics) relevant to the food, beverage, and hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and photographers to produce visually appealing and engaging campaigns.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research, staying updated with restaurant industry trends and emerging social platforms.
- Monitor analytics and content KPIs, using insights to optimize strategy and content performance.
Brand Voice & Consistency
- Define and maintain a brand voice in all client content, adjusting tone and messaging to match audience expectations and client positioning.
- Ensure all content aligns with client branding, current promotions, and overall marketing strategy.
SEO & Social Optimization
- Apply SEO and social media best practices in all content to maximize organic reach and brand discoverability.
- Regularly perform content audits to identify gaps and fresh opportunities.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact between photography teams,creative teams, and clients regarding content initiatives.
- Present campaign plans and performance reports to internal teams and restaurant clients for feedback and alignment.
Qualifications
- Degree - Not a mandate.
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing; hospitality or restaurant sector experience preferred.
- Proven expertise with multi-channel social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Strong project management, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Proficient with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and visual storytelling in the context of food and lifestyle brands.
- Creative thinker and clear communicator able to adapt to fast-paced agency life.
