Purpose of the Role:
Define and implement the key accounts strategy, in line with Bel Egypt sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve volume, profit, market share and channel goals.
Main Accountabilities:
- Build and keep sustainable relationship with key accounts, based on Bel Principles, to support and influence their decision making on Bel business.
- Achieve volume targets by preparing, negotiating and implementing customer annual business plans.
- Propose trade terms and negotiate agreements with Key Accounts.
- Develop tailored promotion plans for the assigned Key Accounts in order to optimize the performance.
- Recommend appropriate actions to ensure achievement of distribution, display and volume targets in each account.
- Ensure implementation of merchandising standards.
- Manage budgets for Key Accounts activity.
- Establish weekly and monthly sales forecast.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales. And at least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts field.
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
