Key Accounts Manager

Purpose of the Role:

Define and implement the key accounts strategy, in line with Bel Egypt sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve volume, profit, market share and channel goals.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Build and keep sustainable relationship with key accounts, based on Bel Principles, to support and influence their decision making on Bel business.
  • Achieve volume targets by preparing, negotiating and implementing customer annual business plans.
  • Propose trade terms and negotiate agreements with Key Accounts.
  • Develop tailored promotion plans for the assigned Key Accounts in order to optimize the performance.
  • Recommend appropriate actions to ensure achievement of distribution, display and volume targets in each account.
  • Ensure implementation of merchandising standards.
  • Manage budgets for Key Accounts activity.
  • Establish weekly and monthly sales forecast.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales. And at least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts field.
  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
